The Label For This Wine Was Inspired By A Spanish Regions Scorpion-Filled Terrain

Veintemillas created this striking packaging for Godai, a Spanish wine that comes from a region heavily populated by scorpions.

“Godai is a daring project. A wine from the area of alatayud (Aragon, Spain) whose vineyards are home to a large number of scorpions. Inspired by the ancient engravings of zoology of the XVIII century, we dissected one of these scorpions finding inside his parts, the different tasting notes of the wines.”

“To finish the project, we wanted to make a label with the minimum text, omitting the name of the winery. We finished by printing on a piece of paper that recalled the texture of ancient scrolls and applied a blow to the part of the wine’s name to gain relevance.”
