Fred Hart, Creative Director & Partner Interact @interactboulder
WHY DOES FRED KEEP GOING TO THE DIELINE CONFERENCE?
Fred Hart is a Partner and Creative Director at Interact – a spirited branding agency obsessed with food and beverage brands. Our obsession is a stredy, 24-hour diet, and we’re always hungry. It fuels our passion to work with people who push the edge, defy expectations, and stomp fearlessly into uncharted territory. Together, our consequences can’t be ignored.
5 Reasons Fred will be attending The Dieline Conference Boston:
Freedom, It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking there’s a right way to do creative. Listen to any of the brilliant speakers and you’ll soon realize there are no rules except for the ones you create in your head (and maybe clients make for you)
Perspective, All things big, started small. The speakers might work on large, notable brands, but we all start our projects the same way – with an idea. This aspect inspires us all to continually dream big.
Connection, You’re surrounded by fellow designers (albeit introverted like yourself) all clamoring to share their passions with one another. Even more incredible, you have the opportunity to talk to your heroes and idols of the industry.
Relevancy, The content and ideas shared via talks don’t just represent the present but also the future (time machine not included). There are challenges that are plaguing the industries brightest minds – and now you too can put yours to the test and participate in solving these problems.
Pleasure, We’d be lying if we didn’t point out the fact that you get to bask in some of the greatest design work out there. Eye-candy on steroids with incredible stories to go along for the ride. And some pretty good conference swag to boot.

Why I’m headed to Boston: The lineup of speakers is too good to be true (fake news anyone?). It’s the chance to reconnect with friends and make new ones in the process. And most importantly - good design deserves to be talked about.
